Four cleaning functions
Jet
Contamination is removed by high-pressure, high-speed spray.
- Movable shower nozzle
- Operation pattern can be set as desired
- Maximum spraying pressure: 3 MPa
Shower
Cleaning liquid is sprayed at high flow rate from upper side to remove large contamination.
Primary shower: Rough cleaning
Rinse shower: Finishing cleaning
Spray
Contamination is removed by fine droplets sprayed at high pressure.
- A unit of high-pressure spray nozzle and heat exchanger is installed at the bottom of the cleaning room
- Maximum spray pressure: 5 MPa
Vapor
Contamination is removed completely by vapor cleaning liquid.
- A unit of high-pressure spray nozzle and heat exchanger is installed at the bottom of the cleaning room
- Maximum spray pressure: 5 MPa
